GREENFLAG has advised Veolia on the sale of an operative site in Nuremberg to Kühl group. The transaction also included waste management contracts, vehicles and employees.
The transaction was a condition precedent for the merger control clearance in the context of Veolia’s acquisition of the Hofmann Group. In addition to the Veolia site certain assets of Hofmann Group were part of the disposal.
Kühl Group was the prevailing bidder in the process.
